Ellie Blatchley Therapy
Starting therapy can feel like a step into the unknown. I offer a space in which curiosity and inquiry are encouraged within a compassionate and therapeutic relationship. I help people identify and connect with their emotions, as well as explore and work through difficult relationship patterns. This process can facilitate change and restore psychological wellbeing. I offer the arts as an in-depth way to support this transformative work.

About me
I am an Integrative Art Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in West Norwood, South London. I offer counselling and art therapy to anyone over the age of 18. I will work collaboratively with you, providing a supportive and nurturing environment in which you can feel contained and safe. I welcome open and honest feedback and place huge importance on developing a trusting relationship.
Being an integrative psychotherapist means I draw from a variety of psychotherapeutic models in order to tailor my work to your individual needs. Though I offer the arts there is no pressure to use them and we can just talk if preferred.

- Depression - Anxiety - Low self-esteem

What is Art Therapy?
You do not need any artistic or technical ability to do art therapy. It is a way of seeing difficulties and day-to-day patterns in a new light, tapping as it does into your own creativity.
You can use paint, drawing, clay, play-doh, sand, and objects in whatever way you find helpful to express yourself in the moment.
